My name is Texa Soto I’m a plant lover, chronic crafter, and the heart behind Things and Strings! I love creating things that bring joy while also honoring my heritage. When I’m not working on my Horticulture degree or spending time with my beautiful family, I’m busy making something colorful, meaningful, or delicious. Thank you for being a part of it!

All About Me
I was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and raised in Asheville, North Carolina where I believe my love for greenery first took root. Moving to Idaho was a bit of a plant shock, with most months covered in snow! Still, working with plants, adorning wrists with flowers, and helping others celebrate life’s special moments (often with something tasty, too) brings me so much joy.
Things and Strings is my way of sharing that joy with others.
My husband and daughter inspire me every day to live creatively and authentically.
